Back from my holidays, I am slowly getting back into work mode again. This summer I have done a few things I am really proud of. I tried a few new activities I’ve always wanted to do but never got round to.

You don’t need another coffee.

You don’t need another online course.

You don’t need another strategy to reduce stress.

You don’t need another self-improvement book.

You don’t need to lose weight or buy another beauty product.

My FB feed is flooded with pictures of happy,  smiling people on the beach that say: “Do you want to be like me? Just do this or that and life will be wonderful…”

This really makes me wonder.
